Summary: A co-worker and I stayed here for five weeks. The owner is very cordial and helpful anytime. The supplies to live with for over a month were sufficient, and any request was fulfilled that day. Just a 4-minute walk to Sanford and convenient to everything else in Sioux Falls. I plan to stay here again soon.

Summary: Enjoyed our stay. We were in town to watch our grandkids compete in the state swim meet. Well within walking distance. Very convenient. Clean, comfortable older apartment. Would book again.

Summary: The Apt is really well done. Its very clean and equipped with everything you need. I had a week stay with Doctors appointments and procedures. It was quiet, and conveniently located. The property manager was very communicative. I will absolutely stay again.

Summary: I would highly recommend this property. The communication with the owner was excellent throughout our entire stay. The property was very clean and nicely decorated and the location for us was very good. The check in process was very easy and the host was very accommodating with our early check in request do to having to get ready for a wedding. Two restaurants are with in easy walking distance. Don’t hesitate to book here!
